Our Professional Services Team are always happy to develop new relationships with Solicitors, Financial Institutions and those responsible for selling antiques and assets at the best price possible.
JS Fine Art provide a prompt and efficient valuation service, using a range of general and specialist valuers and consultants.
We provide tailor made valuations for probate ranging from a single item to specialist collections or house contents. We also provide a full house clearance service: all saleable items are entered in to the appropriate auction, whether it be specialist Fine Art & Antiques or the fortnightly general auctions of Antique and Later Furniture and Effects. All unsaleable items are cleared and disposed of through appropriate waste and recycling centres.
In circumstances where the quick clearance of a property is vital for security or other purposes, we are able to clear the property promptly and can store the contents until the appropriate auction. All items stored with us are covered by our insurance. While we do not provide storage for items which are not being entered for auction, we can recommend storage companies and organise this if required.
With regard to deceased estates, we have extensive experience in dealing with bereaved families, and will ensure that the process of valuation and/or clearance is handled sensitively.
